At Livingstone International, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion items are not the perfect fit, you may return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal and select the order you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
